Lee Yeeun (Korean: 이예은; born December 24, 1995) is a South Korean actress and opera singer. She is more well-known as a theater actress. She gained international popularity through her leading roles in the Sydney Opera House for Bonnie & Clyde (2013) and Romeo and Juliet (2017). She signed with MY Studio (formerly Avant-Garde Music Company and Sweet Tune Studio).

Early Life and Education

Lee Yeeun was born on December 24, 1995 in Mapo-gu, Seoul, South Korea. Her father was an architect and her mother a pianist.

She is from a well-known family. Her father is an experienced architect who are recognized for his prowess. His father office is in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, South Korea named Gold Magnificent Construction.

At an early age, she already joined her mother to go to theater building. Her mother is a pianist for theatrical performance. She eventually became interested in acting and classical musical. She began joining theater club in school and attending acting class.

She studied at Daewon Foreign Language High School. After graduating, she had a conflict with her father and decided to not to continue her study.

Career

2004 - 2009: Career beginning as child actress

In 2004, Lee Yeeun started debuting as a child actress. Following her mother to accompany performing, she started to join the casting as Gretl von Trapp for The Sound of Music. Ever since then, the career was getting up. Lee Yeeun joined casting for many performance. She received a role as Alice for Alice in The Wonderland. It is the first performance she got as a main lead.
